Ahoy, everyone! It's been a while since I wrote something or even updated the website. Well, I made some updates today! Besides 3 rap instrumentals that I made, I uploaded something UNIQUE! It's my, so called, Magnum Opus. I really doubt I will ever be able to make something like that again. When I sat down, I was planning to make a bloody soundtrack, but after one minute in, I ran out of ideas for orchestral arrangements. This is when I just decided to do the sickest hard-techno track ever. Many of you will say "That's not one of your best tracks... that's not even a good track at all!". However, I expressed a lot in it and mixed up two of my favorite and most unmixable genres - Symphony and Hard-Techno. This is hard to beat! I present you a track that expresses my innermost sanctum, my twisted existense and epic emotions and bla bla. Have a listen to: You won't undoubtedly like it, but I love it, and that's kinda the point of a magnum opus. Oh, and here are three hip-hop instrumentals. I used to have the lyrics for them too, but I doubt you will find them of interest. You can also find them in the Instrumental section. I wish this was the name of something I am doing, but no; Sh*t hit the fan, dogs came howling, pigs got butchered and God looked the other way. Frontbreaker is DEAD! Reasons...? Better not point to the reasons, they might go like: "Heeey, I did the ship design, woot!" I am such a communicative person, but I always fail to organize the bunch of people supposed to do something interesting and innovative. (Yes, Bill Gates, INNOVATIVE! The gameplay and soundtrack was unique and prepared for INNOVATION!) Things just never get done in this country, not even communism is done the way it should, neither is democracy, even corruption is imperfect. Wow, we live in the PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF DULLGARIA! But no matter... *sobs and takes out a short tanto sword* there is always time for a beautiful death. Oh, and just to answer all those people who just keep asking me if the game Warscathed will come out anytime soon... Today I start replying with "Check my journal!" and my journal says: No, the game will most likely never be completed and since it was doomed to fail the moment our graphic designer and team leader left the team, I can just say one thing: "Life is not a test, it is a prostate exam." Peace and enjoy the rest of your two years of living (Mayan apocalypse, y'know, *chuckles*) Simon |

Hello again, in this cold and aggravating time of the year. I was going to release the Gloomsville music in the form of a CD, but I made up my mind not to go through all that. What is the point, seriously? Eventually, no one will buy anything, and all that actually results in a CD is less people getting to hear the music. No point, whatsoever. Some of the tracks uploaded today were made before the other two I posted some time ago (Desert Void and Cyborg Chase on Fukeiki District) and they are mostly ambient music. You can find them all in the AMBIENT section of my website. The tracks are three and I added some descriptions to help you visualize the idea I had when making them. CHECK OUT PREVIOUS JOURNAL FOR THE BASIS OF THE STORY! ---------------- WASTELANDER - This is kind of the prologue to the whole story. As the main character makes his way through a ruined desert covered by dust and dark clouds, he is greeted by a weird looking girl who asks him rethorical questions that sound out of place. When he finally asks her who she is, she replies "Me? I'm a wastelander" and disapears in the mist. SILHOUETTE OF A GIRL - The traveler ends up in a dark area surrounded by mist and twisted metal. Not only that, but something reaches to him... A dark figure haunts him all the way and whispers weird mechanical noises. Fear digs its way into the travelers' head as he keeps walking only to discover that the things stalking him are actually infected androids defending their territory by killing all who enter... BELOW SUN AND SOIL - The main character manages to talk sense into one of the androids... It has the shell of a girl. As the two continue the main characters’ journey, they finally reach Gloomsville’s barrier. But they cannot enter like that. They don’t want to be noticed, so they sneak into the construction corridors and go deep… so deep that it would take a three hour walk to go back up in order to reach Gloomsville’s streets and buildings… And this makes a total of FIVE tracks dedicated to the world of Gloomsville. I might finish up some more when I feel like it, but don't place your money on that, I'm way too irritated and busy to sit and make pointless music yet again. Plus, it's very cold. :) It's time for a huge *cough permanent cough* pause. Bye! ^^V ---------------- |

I have been working a lot and barely surviving, but that's ok. It's christmas and I had some free time to make some spooky ambient and some ethnic experiments... What am I talking about? GLOOMSVILLE FABLES In short, Gloomsville Fables is a collection of stories about people who live in a sci-fi city created of two parts - The Upperdome, which is a city in the sky, occupied only by aristocrats and influental people, and the Underdome - The city called Gloomsville, which is located underneath the first. The city is a place where machines, androids, cyborgs, humans and all cultures live in a forced harmony. For good or bad, this utopia actually works, to some extend, but for a great price. The lands and cities that failed to flourish have decayed and turned into radioactive wastelands under the violent rays of the scorching sun. The story begins with an asian character who has decided (for some reason) to travel to Gloomsville by foot. He will eventually encounter a lot of obstacles and other types of situations. The songs I uploaded are only two, right now. They are Desert Void and Cyborg Chase in Fukeiki District . Please note that both have been made using terrible monitoring equipment... This is all I can afford right now. Enjoy and have an awesome new year! Dotkov! |

Hello, everyone! I have finally made it into Sofia land. I am a bit surprised, because after hearing all those stories, now I'm here… talking about the myths that Sofia is extremely crowded, full of scum and everything is much more expensive while in the same time work is still hard to find and etc. Well, what can I say, those myths were true... |
